We extend a warm welcome to our website. Whether you are a student, parent, or visitor, we trust that you will find the content both informative and engaging.

The 'Learning' pages present details regarding the curriculum and the support available for learning beyond the classroom. The 'Parents' pages contain useful information for parents and carers.
We operate as a three-form entry school, comprising twelve classes and accommodating approximately 360 students. We prioritise academic excellence, as evidenced by our performance in the National Key Stage 2 assessments, and we take pride in addressing the broader needs of each child.
Our school is committed to fostering a secure and nurturing environment where all children, irrespective of race, gender, or religion, feel happy, motivated, and eager to learn. We take pride in our inclusive school culture. We emphasise the importance of partnership and teamwork, actively involving staff, local school committee, parents, and students in cultivating a positive, informed, and collaborative school atmosphere.
Our school is also a part of the Spiral Partnership Trust, a collaborative network of six primary schools in Hertfordshire dedicated to enhancing the lives of children. Together, these schools strive to deliver an outstanding educational experience for all students.
If you are considering joining our school, we warmly invite you to arrange a visit. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy exploring our website. We trust that you will find all the information you require and we welcome any feedback you may wish to provide.

The history of our school
The school was built in the 1930s as a girls' secondary school and was occupied by the Girls' Grammar School until it moved in 1952. It continued as a secondary school but was eventually phased out and Fleetville School took over the premises in September 1975. The buildings were extensively remodelled to suit the needs of a primary school. They include an assembly hall with stage and stage lighting, teaching rooms, group rooms, library, music rooms, gymnasium and dining hall.
The grounds adjoining the school include netball courts, hard play areas and a large playing field. The grounds are pleasantly laid out with trees, shrubs, flowerbeds and seating.
