Hello, my name is Mrs Templeman and I have been the school business manager at Fleetville Junior School for almost two years. I started in November 2021. 

I work behind the scenes on payroll, budgeting, recruitment, hirings, safeguarding and I manage the admin and premises teams. My role is very varied and no two days are ever the same. 

Before working at Fleetville I worked in the fashion industry as a buyer for over 15 years. I then went on to become a swimming teacher after that. 

I feel very lucky to be working in such a kind and nurturing environment. The children at our school are highly motivated, kind, caring and I love the interactions that I have with them. 

I feel a sense of pride that my role is part of the huge machine that is Fleetville Junior School. 

I am inspired by the grown ups that I work with and the level of commitment given to make every child’s school experience the best that it can possibly be. 

I think kindness is putting the needs of others before your own and going out of your way to make someone smile. 

My biggest accomplishment is my family.  My husband and I have two incredible daughters Milly 10 and Elodie 7. We love spending time together watching movies, going for bike rides, baking, and being creative. I love to use my sewing machine to make blinds and other crafty projects.
