Seesaw is a student-driven digital portfolio. Teacher can empower students to create, reflect, share and collaborate. Students "show what they know" using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs and links. It's simple to get student learning in one place and share with families and fellow students; nothing is shared without teacher approval!

At FJS, we have started a Seesaw Ambassador programme to allow Year 6 students the opportunity to communicate with class teachers on a regular basis in order to get all classes using Seesaw effectively. They have been trained in using Seesaw creatively and effectively along with communication with adults and peers. The long term aim of this project is for older students to engage with younger students who will become more creative and efficient using Seesaw, therefore driving the development of their own online portfolios themselves.

There are hundreds of ways in which Seesaw can be used in the classroom, so keep your eyes peeled for exciting ways in which students at FJS are using it!
