FJS update - 22nd May

Good afternoon Friends,

It’s Friday! I hope you have something safe but fun planned for the bank holiday weekend.

Usually today marks the beginning of summer half term and as such the usual Seesaw activities will cease next week, my letters will continue but I’ll be taking a break from YouTube J.

We are preparing to welcome back many of our Year 6 after the holiday to their school; it will be interesting to see how it all works with our new systems in place! I am very much looking forward to inviting you all to our first Zoom assembly at 9.10am on Monday 1st June. I will send out invites and passwords to you all once it is confirmed by the DFE that we are open.

We are sending out letters to Year 6 returnees this afternoon giving more details. If you are expecting one and don’t receive it via email please contact me next week so we can confirm places and arrange as necessary.

We are open for our Key Worker children as usual and you will receive your own letter detailing our arrangements at our site.

I hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing half term.

Many thanks, stay safe and well.
