New Curriculum Open Afternoon

Our first open afternoon showcased the new curriculum.  Following a welcome and introductory talk by our Headteacher, Mrs Peek, parents were able to visit classrooms to see a range of activities across most curriculum subjects.
Art straw skeletons
Using Atlases to find continents and countries
Observational drawings of plants
Researching plants and animals
Investigating how to survive an earthquake.
Investigating forces through friction experiments
Composing cyclic patterns in music
Creating and speaking French sentences
Modelling imaginary creatures
Modelling imaginary creatures
Learning to join pieces of fabric together...
...to create finger puppets
