Hello, I am Miss Bartlett and this is my fourth year of teaching at Fleetville Junior School. I am at my happiest when I am doing something creative, spending time with my beautiful animals, or eating trifle.

The person who has inspired me most in life is my wonderful Grandma. When she was 19 she worked at the DeHavilland aeroplane factory in Hatfield, so she was always good at making things. She went on to become a teacher, and it is because of her that I love to learn new things. She taught me lots of skills from woodwork to story-writing, and she would have been so proud to know that I followed in her footsteps and became a teacher.

Kindness to me is all about treating others as you would wish to be treated. I try my hardest to give everyone a smile and to help anyone in need. I also believe that we should treat animals with kindness as they bring so much joy into our lives.

My greatest accomplishment has been teaching myself to crochet. It took lots of perseverance, but I eventually got the hang of it. I recently finished making my first jumper which I am incredibly proud of.  It is a hobby that really makes me feel calm and happy, and I have been lucky enough to pass on the love of crochet to lots of other people.
